I am not a big fan of the forward. Typically, if I spy the letters FWD in or around the subject line of an email I’ve received, the likelihood that I will even read the message is about on par with the Giants’ chances of winning the World Series this year: Sure, it could happen, but come on.
Well, for some unknown reason, I not only read the email, I actually clicked on the link and watched the video. About five times so far.
